- Sahaya accompanies clients to the hospital and provides support throughout.
- Can help arrange transportation for clients as needed.
- Proficient in basic tasks like moving, handling, and providing assistance.
- Sahaya aids in obtaining medications during hospital visits.
- Will accompany clients between doctors if required.
- Ensures clients are properly fed during hospital visits.
- Provides support to clients during waiting times.
- In emergencies, Sahaya stays with and assists clients until the next of kin arrives.
- Sahaya does not provide transportation to the hospital.
- Does not handle clients' finances.
- Will not sign hospital documents on behalf of the client.
- Sahaya does not make demands from clients.
- Sahaya's support relies on precise client-provided details.
- Sahaya does not perform CPR but ensures prompt medical attention when needed.
- The clients are responsible for paying cab/Uber fares directly.
- Clients making inquiries must be designated next of kin.
- In emergencies, the next of kin should be ready to reach the location if required.
- Clients are required to take care of Sahaya's meals during hospital appointments.
- Clients have the right to express concerns within the first 15 minutes of service.
- In case of emergencies, clients can directly contact the office or the provided supervisor's number.
- Clients must reveal accurate hospital visit reasons for appropriate staff allocation.
- If clients request Sahaya to obtain medicines, travel expenses are their responsibility.
- Sahaya's duty ends upon dropping the client home; no domestic work will be performed.
