Shared responsibilities for a seamless hospital experience

Sahaya's Roles & Boundaries
  • Sahaya accompanies clients to the hospital and provides support throughout.
  • Can help arrange transportation for clients as needed.
  • Proficient in basic tasks like moving, handling, and providing assistance.
  • Sahaya aids in obtaining medications during hospital visits.
  • Will accompany clients between doctors if required.
  • Ensures clients are properly fed during hospital visits.
  • Provides support to clients during waiting times.
  • In emergencies, Sahaya stays with and assists clients until the next of kin arrives.
  • Sahaya does not provide transportation to the hospital.
  • Does not handle clients' finances.
  • Will not sign hospital documents on behalf of the client.
  • Sahaya does not make demands from clients.
  • Sahaya's support relies on precise client-provided details.
  • Sahaya does not perform CPR but ensures prompt medical attention when needed.
Clients Roles & Responsibilities
  • The clients are responsible for paying cab/Uber fares directly.
  • Clients making inquiries must be designated next of kin.
  • In emergencies, the next of kin should be ready to reach the location if required.
  • Clients are required to take care of Sahaya's meals during hospital appointments.
  • Clients have the right to express concerns within the first 15 minutes of service.
  • In case of emergencies, clients can directly contact the office or the provided supervisor's number.
  • Clients must reveal accurate hospital visit reasons for appropriate staff allocation.
  • If clients request Sahaya to obtain medicines, travel expenses are their responsibility.
  • Sahaya's duty ends upon dropping the client home; no domestic work will be performed.
